Senior Early Childhood Educator

Senior Early Childhood Educator responsible for welcoming new children and families, ensuring enrolment information meets licensing requirements, planning and evaluating developmentally appropriate activities, developing individualized and group curricula, coordinating schedules, and supporting children’s growth while maintaining safety and compliance. The role involves reporting progress, providing referrals when needed, administering first aid and medication per policy, maintaining a healthy, safe learning environment, and fostering open communication with families. Requires an Early Childhood Education Certificate with current License to Practice and at least two years of related experience. Two full-time positions are available (35 hours/week and 40 hours/week), located in Kelowna, BC, Canada, with in-person work. Hourly rate is $24.32 base plus $6/hour ECE Wage Enhancement (total $30.32/hour, annually approx. $63,066).
