Job Summary
Senior- and leadership-focused campus recruitment role based in central London responsible for owning the regional campus recruitment strategy across Europe, the US, Mexico, and Brazil; building university partnerships, leading campus engagement activities and branding campaigns, managing full-cycle recruitment with interns, tracking performance via Workday ATS, mentoring interns, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting ~20-30 hires peak; requires 2+ years in campus recruitment/early careers, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in campus recruitment or early careers hiring
- Proven success in managing university partnerships and delivering recruitment programs at scale
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Able to work in central London 4-5 days per week
