Job Summary
The Senior E-learning Developer will design and develop high-end interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate. Responsibilities include producing multimedia content for adult learners, utilizing AI-powered tools for content creation, managing the full lifecycle of content development, and collaborating with SMEs and creative teams. The role requires a deep understanding of instructional design, exceptional multimedia production skills, and expert knowledge of SCORM standards, along with a strong portfolio showcasing edutainment projects. Candidates must have 5+ years of related experience, handle tight deadlines, and demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in e-learning design and development
- Expert in Articulate 360
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or After Effects
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish (B2/C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of edutainment style work
- Fluency in Russian is a significant plus
- Experience with multimedia production and editing
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must already be located in Valencia and willing to work onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available
