Job Summary
Lead production for Hollister elevated on-figure and editorial still life studio photo shoots, managing weekly shooting schedules based on sample availability and deliverable requests. Coordinate freelance needs for HCo studios, provide on-set daily production support, and lead casting efforts for model talent while maintaining the casting database and meeting management. Negotiate rates for external talent and crew, ensure all contracts are signed and archived, and arrange travel and per diem for hair and make-up artists. Process vendor invoices, maintain monthly budgets, and oversee studio equipment inventory and maintenance. Collaborate with studio leadership to improve processes and uphold high standards for all brands.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years photo studio or production background in a retail studio environment
- BA/BS degree or related experience
- Very strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Sharp budgeting and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to lift and move studio equipment and props
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Docs
- Familiar with Apple OS and Adobe Creative Suite and JIRA software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ecommerce production is strongly preferred
