Senior E-Commerce Finance Specialist

Own the Order Management System (OMS) lifecycle for Ecommerce, ensuring financial accuracy from order creation through fulfillment and refunds. Monitor and reconcile data flows between the OMS, Payment Service Provider, ERP, and marketplace systems to resolve transactional anomalies. Support daily settlement monitoring, chargeback tracking, and fraud investigation alongside Customer Service. Manage marketplace financial reporting, validate vendor costs, and serve as the primary finance contact for operational queries. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while co-owning P&L targets to meet net margin goals. Prepare sales forecasts, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, executing variance analysis to track actual performance versus budget. Model growth scenarios for new promotions and market expansion.
