Job Summary
Senior E-commerce Executive to plan and execute marketplace campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada; optimize store performance, analyze metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, GMV, ROAS, CAC, and AOV; identify growth opportunities and coordinate campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and profitability; collaborate with cross-functional teams on product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning; leverage data-driven insights and tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) to improve campaign performance; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in e-commerce or performance marketing; based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Commerce
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce businesses on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising solutions and performance marketing
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into business actions
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Beauty, or related industries is preferred
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for business analysis and reporting
- Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and digital marketing metrics
- Familiarity with CPAS, GAS, Meta Ads, and Google Ads is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
