Job Summary
Lead FinOps initiatives by designing new processes, streamlining existing workflows, and implementing change management for PO, AP, GL, FA, and AR functions. Analyze business requirements to standardize practices using the ERP system, while researching issues, testing key processes, and educating SMEs on functionality. Prepare month-end reconciliations, reporting models, and variance analysis to support Finance Team activities and facilitate P&L reviews. Document internal processes via MS Task Recorder and RSAT, ensuring all recurring financial operations align with strategy. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to automate manual processes and develop new logic for financial setups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Experience with D365 F&O
- Experience with AX2012
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
- Strong analytical and account reconciliation skills
- Solution-oriented, proposing new solutions to problems and processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams outside of the Finance Department
- Experience with various MS technologies that compliment D365 F&O such as Task Recorder, RSAT, LogicalApps
