Job Summary
Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. Responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, integrations via standard and custom connectors, governance and security, environment strategy, ALM, and mentoring across delivery teams. Requires extensive Power Platform/Dynamics 365 experience and relevant Microsoft certifications. Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills within agile environments and is capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Strong configuration, customization, and integration skills with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery from discovery/design through deployment and support
- Understanding of APIs, standard and custom connectors, and secure integration patterns
- Knowledge of ALM, environment strategy, and DevOps practices including CI/CD
- Data governance, data modelling, and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in agile delivery environments and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation and Microsoft Copilot
