Job Summary
Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and ongoing support, develop and maintain integrations with external systems using standard and custom connectors, enforce platform governance and security, provide technical leadership and mentoring across the team, and promote continuous improvement with modern tooling, automation, and AI-enabled features such as Microsoft Copilot.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Strong configuration, customization, and integration skills across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end solutions from discovery to deployment and operational support
- Solid understanding of APIs, standard and custom connectors, and secure, scalable integration patterns
- Advanced knowledge of ALM, environment strategy, and DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD
- Understanding of data governance, data modelling, and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and leveraging AI-enabled automation and Copilot
