Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, building custom components and extensions using Dataverse. Lead solution architecture, effort estimation, and technology decisions while designing integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems. Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and DevOps processes to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure secure, sustainable code. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitalisation and process improvement. Fluent Swedish and English required.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse development and customisation
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture patterns, and secure coding practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the following would be advantageous: Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom connectors
- Azure integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Service Bus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture and ALM practices
- DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure
