Job Summary
Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise D365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM, and CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions. Responsibilities include architectural design of integrated D365 solutions, gathering requirements with BAs and PMs, translating requirements into scalable solutions, designing integrations via Azure services, Power Platform, and APIs, providing technical leadership across SDLC, governing architecture standards, participating in pre-sales activities (demos, RFP responses, scoping), staying current with Microsoft product updates and licensing, performing system health checks, and supporting testing, deployment, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, including at least 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM and CRM (Customer Engagement)
- Proven experience leading at least 10 full-cycle D365 implementations
- Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Expertise in Azure integration services, Dataverse, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and DevOps tools
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate) required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead and execute a full project methodology through every phase
- Ability to advise customers on leading practices and business processes from a level of expertise and experience that customers will understand and adopt
