Job Summary
Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer responsible for implementing enterprise transformation initiatives, delivering scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Pages, and Azure integration components. Collaborates with Product Owners, business stakeholders, IT security, and data platforms; contributes to release management and CI/CD practices; emphasizes cybersecurity, code quality, and continuous improvement. Role supports hybrid/remote work near Mitacs offices in Ottawa, Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver; temporary full-time with end date March 31, 2027. Requires strong experience across SaaS/COTS integration, governance, and digital transformation within a Canada-based enterprise context.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive software development experience
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Experience with C# plugin development and JavaScript/XRM scripts
- Experience building Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) for external-facing apps
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate connectors
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and solution architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe); Jira/Confluence familiarity
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
- English required; French is an asset
- Microsoft certifications in D365 CE, F&O, or Power Platform are a strong asset
- Experience with data integration and Dataverse access management
- Security, governance, and audit practices in cloud environments
