Job Summary
Deliver high-quality desktop publishing outputs by managing complex layouts, multilingual typesetting, and digital/print-ready files for financial and life science projects. Lead a team of 5-7 people, arrange training sessions, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency while mentoring junior staff. Perform quality checks, formatting text, and OCR tasks across localization projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance. Work night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM India time) and make independent decisions to meet fast turnaround deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders using exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Localization industry/projects
- Experience of 5 to 10 years
- Good skills in Adobe InDesign
- Good skills in Illustrator
- Good skills in Photoshop
- Good skills in Ms-Word
- Good skills in PowerPoint
- Experience working on different languages in InDesign
- Experience with OCR Tasks
- Performing QA
- Ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines in financial or life science projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable to work in night shift (8.30 PM – 5.30 AM India time)
- Good IQ level and ability to take independent decisions
- Experience of arranging trainings to the team members
- Tenacious and resourceful problem-solver with deep analysis skills
- Knowledge of creating scripts for Adobe tools
- Understanding of Windows/MAC environment
- Knowledge of email, MS - Office and the Internet
- Understanding of the concept of working with Financial project
- Deep formatting knowledge of financial tables
- Template creation
- Experience of using Citrix
- Experience with VPN
- Experience in Localization DTP
