Job Summary
The Senior DSP provides oversight to staff in ICF or IRA settings, mentors new employees, and ensures quality services and documentation for residents. This role involves daily operations oversight in the absence of the Residence Manager, as well as travel and transport responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Human Services preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in a direct-support role
- Must have and maintain AMAP certification
- Must have and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
