Job Summary
Build and own senior relationships with key Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and their commercial and technical stakeholders. Drive and manage DSP integrations by collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth technical implementation. Develop and execute a long-term DSP partnership strategy aligned with ConnectAd's strategic priorities while identifying new partnership opportunities and evaluating their strategic and commercial fit. Act as the primary point of contact for DSP partners, representing ConnectAd at industry events and senior meetings. Monitor market trends and provide partner feedback to shape platform development. This senior partnerships and business development role focuses on building deep relationships to position ConnectAd as a preferred supply partner within the European programmatic ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial, proven experience in DSP partnerships, programmatic advertising, adtech business development, or related technical/commercial roles
- Strong existing network across Demand-Side Platforms and the broader programmatic ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and managing long-term, strategically important partnerships
- Strong understanding of RTB, programmatic integrations, header bidding, and DSP/SSP technology
- Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and patience for long-term strategic initiatives, comfortable in a fast-moving, independent SSP environment
- Business-fluent English (C1 or above)
