Senior Driver/Clerk, GS-3, FTA, DS - Dnipro, National Position, UNOCHA

Provide reliable and secure driving services for office personnel and VIP missions, including airport transfers and overnight trips in the region. Manage a fleet of soft-skinned and armored vehicles by ensuring proper maintenance, planning preventative services, and maintaining accurate daily logs. Deliver full logistical support for large missions, coordinating with other UN agencies, managing shipments, customs clearance, and procurement within delegated authority. Handle administrative and clerical duties such as purchasing, expense accounting, travel authorizations, security clearances, and inventory management. Assist with general office facilities management, including tracking stock, minor repairs, and ensuring premises are fit for purpose. Requires a valid driver's license (B, C1, or C), minimum three years of experience in logistics or administrative support, and fluency in Ukrainian and English. Located in Dnipro, this National Position within UNOCHA supports the United Nations Secretariat's humanitarian response framework.
