Job Summary
Senior Drainage Engineer leading a Water Resources team in Central Texas, directing project sequencing, watershed design, and liaison with clients/regulators. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, project stewardship with cost/tracking, watershed innovation for stormwater, agency liaison, cross-functional collaboration with CAD/marketing/finance, technical authority on plans/specifications/cost estimates/permits, and business development through fee proposals and forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (minimum 3+ years)
- 10+ years of modeling and drainage design experience (or 8 years with an M.S.)
- Advanced command of 1D/2D modeling software, Microstation, OpenRoads Drainage, GEOPAK Drainage, and Storm and Sanitary
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience acting as a design lead or project manager on municipal civil engineering projects
