Senior Drainage Engineer

Job Summary
Responsible for developing highway and interstate drainage and stormwater improvement projects. Conduct drainage engineering calculations, develop plans and specifications, manage project documentation, and foster client relationships. Requires a Florida PE license, BSCE, and significant drainage design experience. Familiarity with Microstation and stormwater modeling software is essential. Candidate should have strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of drainage design experience
- Florida PE license
- BS in Civil Engineering
- FDOT drainage design experience
- Competence in Microstation and stormwater modeling software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in engineering projects to analyze project progress against budgets and quality
- Ability to assist in the preparation of proposals and fee schedules
- Experience in preparing client reports and communications
