Job Summary
Senior Drafter role focusing on drafting and documenting detailed store design concepts and construction documentation. Responsibilities include creating accurate schematics, kitchen layouts, seating configurations, 3D views, and schedules; researching and interpreting product specs; identifying detailing challenges and documenting solutions in construction drawing sets; collaborating with Store Interior designers; contributing to CAD libraries/standards; coordinating store designs with lighting, retail, signage, Patio, and Decor teams; supporting project management and staying current with drafting techniques and store design trends in the QSR industry.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, Interior Design, or a related field (Bachelor's degree a plus).
- Proven experience as a draftsperson in interior design, architectural design, or QSR design, ideally within the high-end restaurant sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
- Bluebeam, Sketch, and V-Ray experience (a Plus).
- Knowledge or experience in Restaurant design, Drive-through, and Kitchens (a Plus).
- Ability to read, interpret and follow documentation including construction drawings, specifications, installation manuals, procedural documents, schematics, diagrams, charts and graphs.
