Senior Donor Engagement Coordinator

Lead project leadership for diverse and complex projects within the Planned Giving Team, covering operational improvement, event management, marketing management, strategic objectives, and IT initiatives. Manage all aspects of these projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor, ensuring plans are executed collaboratively and align with Foundation, Swedish Health & Services, and cross-system integration goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of progressive complexity in a development setting, and preferably three years of healthcare or not-for-profit experience.
