Job Summary
Senior Document Production Associate at Williams Lea by RRD provides word processing and document production services for clients in legal, banking and large corporate environments. Responsibilities include editing, proofreading, converting, transcribing and completing document production requests using established policies and formats; exercising independent judgment; coordinating document production services, intake and workflow within the team; troubleshooting software/hardware issues; meeting deadlines; communicating with peers, supervisors, or clients; maintaining confidentiality of sensitive documents; performing quality assurance on others’ work; training more junior staff; assisting peer teams with proofreading, design, or other document preparation; interacting with clients by in-person, phone, or electronic means; adhering to company and client policies; using equipment efficiently; and contributing to continuous service improvement. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred), strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fast-paced teamwork ability, attention to detail, and client-facing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Document production, word processing experience preferred
- Advanced skill in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, working both independently and collaboratively
