Job Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities with DMV DOT agencies, generate leads, and conduct market research to build a robust pipeline. Manage client interfaces, write technical proposals, and oversee contract management while developing budget forecasts. Recruit key technical personnel to staff contract wins and deliver results that exceed client expectations within a team environment. This full-time hybrid role is based in Arlington, VA with some remote work allowed. Requires 5-10 years of experience in the transportation or engineering industry, with prior work history with DMV DOT agencies highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in the transportation or engineering industry required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- Prior work history with DMV DOT agencies highly perferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with lead generation and creating business opportunities
- Market research skills
- Customer service experience
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
