Job Summary
Oversee company-wide scheduling efforts, improve schedule coordination and efficiency across all jobsites, and communicate schedule risks to leadership. Safeguard the company against schedule-related profit losses and claims while mentoring talent to drive customer satisfaction and company profit. Lead direct reports and facilitate pull planning or scrum sessions, utilizing expertise in Oracle Primavera software to create corporate- and project-level schedule reports. This full-time Director of Scheduling role offers a competitive annual salary of $150,000 - $170,000+ and is based in either Vernal or North Salt Lake, UT.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler
- experience using Oracle Primavera software (P6 or Primavera Cloud)
- Proven experience leading direct reports and teams
