Job Summary
Senior District Manager leading Abbott Nutrition products in Vietnam's Da Nang territory. Responsible for long-term growth by increasing awareness among healthcare professionals about nutrition and Abbott products, managing and developing a team of HCP representatives, coaching on planning, selling, and relationship-building, developing KOL relationships to promote the Abbott brand, and setting targets and account plans to achieve territory objectives. Deploys programs to educate customers and drive ethical sales while maintaining strong product knowledge and market insight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
- 2+ years of Sales Supervisor experience in Pharmacy and Healthcare industry
- Professional Skill: Strategic account management
- Professional Skill: Business acumen
- Professional Skill: Communication
- Professional Skill: Coaching skills
- Experience supervising Medical Representatives
- Ability to develop and coach a high-performing sales team
- Knowledge of nutrition/science/medical domain to support selling and education of Abbott products
- Target-setting and coaching to meet territory objectives
- KOL relationship development and management
