Job Summary
Senior District Business Manager in Cardiovascular leading a field-based team to drive adoption of BMS cardiovascular portfolio. Responsible for coaching a team of approximately 6-10 TASs on selling skills, scientific engagement, and use of digital capabilities; lead account and strategic planning, CE^3 analytics adoption, and development of TASs through ride-alongs and structured learning journeys. Role requires 100% field time with TASs, strong leadership and coaching abilities, analytical mindset, and ability to align cross-functional partners (Medical, Access, Scientific Engagement) to achieve sales targets. Must bring Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with proven capability to inspire and develop high-performing teams and strong business acumen in the pharmaceutical value chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience in leading and managing high-performing teams is strongly preferred
- Pharma experience preferred including understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment
