Senior Distribution Manager

Job Summary
Oversee all operations at the Victorville facility, planning and executing labor, supplies, and equipment to meet shipping/receiving, safety, productivity, employee engagement, and service targets. Manage end-to-end supply-chain communications and collaborate with Customer Service, Segment Planning, HR, and Integration teams. Make sound independent decisions amidst dynamic conditions; ensure staffing to handle seasonal demand. Lead a large distribution team (300-400 factory hourly roles and 15 lead positions), mentor supervisors and managers, and drive real-time data analytics to optimize automation and product flows. Strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering performance targets through effective planning, budgeting, and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related area
- 15+ years experience in progressively-responsible logistics roles
- 7+ years experience in a relevant project management environment
- Strong budgeting and productivity experience
- PkMS and SAP experience
- Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or other relevant Operational Excellence experience
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills, can clearly communicate ideas at all levels of the organization
- Well organized with ability to manage through exceptions and data tracking
