Senior Distribution Health & Safety Trainer

Job Summary
Deliver forklift training across US distribution centers, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in forklift operations to ensure OSHA-compliant classroom and hands-on instruction, performance evaluations, new-hire onboarding, refresher coaching, and continued safety improvements. Develop and maintain standard work processes, design effective instructional materials, coordinate training plans with area leaders, and maintain training documentation while collaborating with operations leadership to uphold safety standards and drive a culture of safety. Stay current on industry trends, lead continuous improvement of training programs, and support site-wide compliance and risk reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5+ years forklift trainer experience preferred
- Forklift Train-the-Trainer Certification required
- OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software
- Proficient in operating and training others in Powered Industrial Trucks
