Job Summary
Senior Lead Automation Engineer responsible for identifying and deploying automation technologies in Healthcare Logistics and Distribution facilities, leading development and validation of new automation solutions, creating detailed road maps from conception to implementation, supporting QA validation processes, and coordinating with vendors and business units. Responsibilities include designing automated systems for diverse environments, leading stakeholder discussions,Developing layouts, capacity and validation plans, leading SOPs and training, performing analytics, and driving project milestones with up to 20% travel; required experience with AMRs/AGVs, healthcare logistics, cold chain, WMS/WES/WCS concepts, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Automation, Robotics, or related fields – Required
