Senior Discipline Engineer (Arch, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) EOI

Supervise and monitor Contractor activities within the assigned discipline, reviewing drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, and standards, while identifying technical issues, discrepancies, and non-conformances to recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interfaces and monitor progress and quality of discipline-related works. Support testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities, preparing technical reports and providing updates to the Lead Engineer. This role supports major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors in Saudi Arabia under an upcoming framework agreement.
