Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration required

- Managing multiple concurrent projects

- Successfully managing project budgets and schedules
- Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team
- Mentoring junior staff
- Client management
- Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations
- Effective technical writing and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Specification preparation experience preferred
- Stormwater experience in Oregon and Western Washington preferred
- Portland experience and relationships are a plus
