Job Summary
Lead regional real estate and operations strategy for the Americas West, overseeing a diverse portfolio including the strategic transformation of the San Jose campus into an Engineering R&D hub and managing locations in Santana Row, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Boulder. Act as the primary spokesperson for Workplace Resources, evangelizing the value proposition to internal stakeholders and external partners while aligning strategy with Cisco's mission. Exercise full financial accountability for the region, managing annual operating expenses and ensuring precise capital investment delivery. Own day-to-day operations across all sites, guaranteeing infrastructure reliability, safety, and continuous performance through proactive monitoring and rapid resolution. Partner with cross-functional leaders in HR, IT, and Business Units to translate complex demands into seamless workplace experiences, while building and mentoring high-performing, diverse teams. Pivot seamlessly between long-term vision and daily execution within a matrixed organizational structure.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in relevant functional expertise
- Experience with and knowledge of real estate, financial, risk and partner management
- Demonstrable service & experience-led leadership style
- Experience leading successful outsourced partner relationship management strategies, metrics and procurement processes
- Experienced track record of successful relationship building and solution delivery in comparable environments
