Job Summary
Define strategic directions for the Wealth Management Administrative Department and manage their implementation aligned with business priorities. Develop and execute the department's business plan to ensure initiative delivery and team performance. Design, structure, and roll out integrated offers of content, tools, and expertise to support business development teams across all networks. Optimize business practices and CRM usage to improve productivity and advisory quality. Implement skills development strategies, structured training, and targeted coaching to accelerate advisor expertise. Launch marketing initiatives to promote investment solutions and ensure rigorous oversight of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Lead team mobilization to foster performance, talent development, and adherence to cooperative values. Requires a bachelor's degree, six years of relevant experience, and proficiency in French and English. 30% to 40% travel required. Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management concepts, particularly those established by the Institute of Financial Planning and the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework surrounding the distribution of investment solutions in Canada (CIRO, AMF [Mutual Funds])
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian wealth management industry (competitive environment)
- Available for travel is required 30% to 40% of the time
