Job Summary
Develop strategy and innovative models for US vaccine contracting across retail, IDNs, PBGs, HCPs, and government sectors to expand patient access to Pfizer vaccines. Build a strong US contracting plan that models company values while fostering key customer relationships and facilitating increased reach to priority channels. Collaborate with brand leads, customer engagement teams, and HQ contracting roles to coordinate execution of contracting strategies and develop hybrid government/private contract frameworks. Ensure deep understanding of drivers for successful retail channel engagement in new technologies while adhering to all compliance principles. Requires 12+ years in pharma marketing with vaccine innovation experience and strategic analytical thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of successful marketing/commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States

- Prior launch experience

- Demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team through setting a common vision and purpose, influence, and persuasion
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate a clear narrative to gain alignment with senior leadership
- An absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizing and meeting team goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead others through times of change
- MBA or other advanced degree
