Senior Director, Transportation

Senior Director, Transportation leads lifecycle management of transportation projects, including long-term strategy, process improvements, data management, and execution to deliver efficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities. The role acts as a thought partner and change agent to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional work, monitoring transportation data, managing bus-route planning, and ensuring service quality aligned with district goals. Preferred qualifications include bilingual Spanish abilities, School Transportation Supervisors certificate or enrollment, and a valid driver’s license with insurance and vehicle. The position is twelve-month with starting salaries in the range of $120,000–$150,000, residency requirements in New Jersey, and Board policy-driven employment terms.
