Job Summary
Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations leads global Total Rewards and HR Operations, overseeing compensation, equity administration, HRIS/payroll, benefits, vendor management, PEO partnership, and related analytics. Responsible for strategy development, market benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design (including sales compensation), governance, compliance, and driving operational improvements across the function. Also shepherds HR policies, data management, leave administration, dashboards, and technology-enabled process optimization to support business objectives, including international travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) a plus
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation design, sales incentives, equity, and benefits
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market benchmarking, incentive plan modeling, and data analysis
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity
