Job Summary
The Senior Director of Thought Leadership at Adtalem Global Education will create and oversee research strategies to address healthcare workforce issues, guiding influential narratives and thought leadership campaigns to position Adtalem as a healthcare education authority.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics is required.
- 10+ years of experience in research, strategy, or thought leadership roles within healthcare, education, consulting, or policy organizations is required.
- Proven ability to lead complex research initiatives from concept through publication.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods, with familiarity in data visualization and analytics tools.
