Job Summary
Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison leads field-based strategy in Dermatology/Allergy, embedding expert perspectives into Lilly’s brand planning and local market activation. The role manages 30–40 Dermatology and Allergy TLs (HCPs and KOS), maintains a diverse panel of faculty and influencers, and translates external insights into actionable commercial decisions and patient-outcome improvements. Responsibilities include shaping local market strategy, building long-term TL partnerships, driving peer-to-peer education and Dermfluencer programs, ensuring compliant, high-quality P2P education, and coordinating with Brand and DRIVE teams. Occasional travel (~50-70%) is expected; 50–70% domestic travel with remote work in the Northeast region (NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME) and residency within ~30 miles of a hub-city airport. Requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic-forecasting abilities; preferred advanced graduate degree (PhD/MPH/PharmD/MBA) and 7–10 years of immunology-related experience with TL engagement and launch exposure. The incumbent will operate within Lilly’s compliance framework and contribute to upstream brand decisions and external congress activities.
