Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison in Dermatology/Allergy within Lilly's US IMM footprint. This field-based role anchors in geography with emphasis on embedding Dermatology and Allergy expert perspectives into brand strategy, fostering 30–40 deep TL partnerships, translating clinical insights into actionable commercial direction, and enhancing peer education to drive patient outcomes. The role requires leading P2P education, managing TL networks, shaping local market activation, and ensuring compliant, credible engagement with healthcare professionals, Key Office Staff, and Dermfluencers. Core activities include building strategic partnerships, translating insights into local market impact, coordinating with Brand and Drive teams, and delivering high-quality scientific and promotional collaboration across priority geographies. Candidates should demonstrate leadership in TL ecosystem stewardship, strong communication and influence skills, ability to operate in evolving environments, and a track record of prioritizing ethical engagement and regulatory compliance. Approximately 50–70% domestic travel is expected; must reside within ~30 miles of a hub-city airport in the Central Gulf Region. The anticipated wage range is $154,500–$248,600, with eligibility for a company bonus and comprehensive benefits.
