Job Summary
Senior Director responsible for unified strategy across test and product engineering for power semiconductor modules, power ICs, and controllers, leading global teams to deliver end-to-end product lifecycle from silicon bring-up to sustainment. Focus areas include yield ramp, test development, qualification, manufacturing readiness, cost competition, and cross-functional alignment with Design, Quality, Reliability, and Operations. Drives KPIs such as yield, cost, quality, and cycle time; owns ECO/PCN processes; collaborates with OSATs and internal teams on design-for-yield, test coverage, and scalable manufacturing. Requires strong leadership, hands-on execution, and a deep technical background in power semiconductors and ATE, with ability to manage budgets, headcount, and strategic programs across global sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of semiconductor experience across test and/or product engineering
- leadership of global teams
- strong technical background in power semiconductors (Si, SiC, GaN, modules, or power ICs)
- proven track record in yield ramp, cost optimization, and high-volume manufacturing execution
- deep understanding of ATE, characterization, and yield analysis
- experience driving cross-functional execution across the full product lifecycle
