Job Summary
Define technology vision and architecture strategies for enterprise-scale digital platforms, leading roadmaps across web, ecommerce, composable platforms, cloud, data, and AI. Act as an executive technology advisor to C-level stakeholders, conducting discovery sessions and translating business objectives into scalable solutions while supporting sales and pre-sales activities. Shape AI strategy and implementation, guiding teams in applying Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures to drive measurable business outcomes and responsible AI governance. Mentor engineering leaders, build high-performing organizations, and ensure successful execution of complex digital transformation initiatives across multiple client programs.

- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- 5+ years in senior technology management roles
- Proven leadership of large distributed engineering teams
