Job Summary
Define technology vision and architecture strategies for enterprise-scale digital platforms, leading roadmaps across web, ecommerce, composable platforms, cloud, data, and AI. Act as an executive advisor to C-level stakeholders, driving adoption of MACH, composable architecture, and AI-first engineering practices while managing technology risk and governance for complex client programs. Mentor engineering leaders, shape AI strategy through Generative AI and RAG implementations, and contribute to pre-sales and strategic RFP responses to drive revenue growth and solution win rates.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- 5+ years in senior technology management roles
- Proven leadership of large distributed engineering teams
- Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
