Senior Director, Technology - Enterprise Service Operation & Delivery

Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of enterprise-wide technology solutions to achieve industry-leading Service Operations and Management capabilities. Drive technological modernization and digital transformation across the enterprise Service Operations landscape while building a strong technical foundation for future growth. Serve as the Technology Lead on the SO&M Transformation program and act as an IT leader and representative on the IT Leadership Team. Report directly to the VP of Client and Workforce Technology and grow to lead a team of architects, business systems analysts, system administrators, and technologists. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across all ABM industry groups and service lines.
