Senior Director, Technical Program Management

Partner with executive management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area. Oversee and forecast the scope, milestones, and objectives for each technical program, orchestrating team collaboration to drive successful delivery. Develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies while establishing vision for technical program improvement across the group. Lead meetings with executive-level stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve technical program objectives. Guide initiatives to improve efficiency and oversee the technical execution of reporting and analytics. Foster strategic relationships with internal Oracle teams as a technical liaison to ensure collaborative approaches to organizational objectives and customer success.
