Job Summary
Evolve Suffolk's performance management philosophy, design the Oracle-based performance platform, and lead enterprise succession planning across critical roles. Partner with business leaders to architect organizational structures, implement career pathways, and establish scalable coaching programs. Drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and 360 feedback integration to build bench strength and align internal mobility with business objectives. Maintain an on-site presence four days a week in the Boston office.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development
- Proven experience designing and leading enterprise talent strategies
- Deep expertise in Performance management redesign
- Deep expertise in Succession planning and talent reviews
- Deep expertise in Career architecture and workforce planning
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the senior leadership level
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and growth-oriented organizations
- On-site presence 4 days a week in our amazing Boston office
Desired Qualifications
- Certified coach
- Previous experience designing and implementing LMS platform
- Travel as needed
