Job Summary
Senior Director to lead a creator-led beauty incubator within a fast-moving social commerce ecosystem. Own end-to-end strategy, operations, and growth, including P&L, launch narratives, and omni-channel distribution across retail, TikTok Shop, and e-commerce. Responsibilities include identifying and securing creator/talent partnerships, translating vision into launch concepts, overseeing branding and packaging, developing exclusive launch strategies, driving TikTok-native content and affiliate programs, optimizing channel performance, coordinating rapid product development, managing supply chain and inventory, and cross-functional leadership with Growth, Partnerships, Production, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Logistics. Ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in beauty, consumer brands, social commerce, or high-growth startups; strong experience in creator-led commerce, brand development, and cross-functional execution; deep familiarity with beauty retail and Sephora/TikTok ecosystems; Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing (MBA a plus). West Hollywood, CA-based with FULL_TIME employment; primary focus on building scalable, culturally driven beauty drops and community-driven brand experiences.
