Senior Director System Reimbursement

Job Summary

Provides enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership for reimbursement and patient service revenue recognition ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Oversees the integrity of net patient service revenue and third-party settlement estimates, in accordance with GAAP, and leads development of advanced analytics and tools (dashboards, predictive models) to quantify reimbursement trends, denial drivers, and the financial impact of value-based and quality reimbursement programs. Monitors evolving federal and state reimbursement regulations and payer methodologies, translating changes into actionable strategies for senior leadership. Manages submission of third-party cost reports and interacts with Medicare Administrative Contractors and other payors including audit management and appeal strategies. Guides regulatory compliance across CMS rules and related billing requirements; provides strategic guidance on graduate medical education reimbursement; partners with Government Relations to influence policy via data-driven analysis. Builds a high-performing team, and champions adoption of analytics technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Supports due diligence and pro forma analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and new business models. Work is typically performed in an office environment, with the role currently remote in Pennsylvania.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Minimum 8 years of Finance (Required)
  • Minimum 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required)
