Senior Director, Sustainable Procurement and Process Excellence

Job Summary
Lead sustainable procurement leadership by integrating environmental and social risk into category strategies, sourcing decisions, and award recommendations across global regions. Manage Scope 3 emissions by streamlining data collection, enhancing transparency, and implementing high-impact reduction initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Build strategic supplier relationships to drive value-added collaboration, assess sustainability performance, and manage external platforms like EcoVadis and CDP. Establish and own the procurement process framework, including KPIs, SOPs, and sourcing playbooks, to maintain an audit-ready posture. Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and facilitate global ESG forums to align on targets and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sustainability, supply chain, or related roles
- Leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading supplier engagement, ESG, or decarbonization initiatives in a global environment
- Strong familiarity with Scope 3 emissions accounting methodologies and supplier data platforms
- Experience in heavily regulated industries managing external audits, customer inquiries, and ratings
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Commitment to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification (sustainability, supply chain, ESG)
