Senior Director Supply Chain Planning IBP - SEF

Senior Director IBP for Supply Chain Planning leading global SIOP/Network Planning and CoEs, driving end-to-end planning with focus on forecast accuracy, capacity planning and execution actions to maximize sales and profitability. Responsible for establishing the IBP leadership team, developing the planning function globally, deploying standard reports, communicating assumptions and variances, championing adoption of IBP processes, training sales/finance/global supply chain, and partnering with technology teams to automate and enhance planning tools. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and travel 20-30%. Role is remote but hybrid across Towson, MD; Charlotte, NC; Valley City, OH; and New Britain, CT. Ideal candidate has BA/BS in supply chain or related field, MBA preferred, 10+ years of senior management experience, 5+ years of people leadership, and experience with SAP/IBP and end-to-end planning on a global scale.
