Job Summary
Own the supply chain strategy end-to-end and build/lead a high-performing team to manage planning, procurement, expediting, logistics, category management, administration, and compliance across subsurface, power facilities, and operational disciplines. Negotiate and maintain long-term supplier alliances to strengthen cost resilience and continuity; implement scalable systems; partner with GeoBlock Engineering, Construction, and Operations from design through deployment to influence standardization, drive cost reduction, and shorten cycle times; drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Operations in a hardware-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or science
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain management
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams
