Job Summary
Senior Director leads strategic transformation initiatives across care delivery, directing a cross-functional team to deliver programs on scope, schedule, and budget. Builds enterprise-wide partnerships with clinical, physician, and operational leaders to define and prioritize programs, drive pace to market, and achieve financial targets with value and KPI measurement. Must excel in cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and continuous improvement, overseeing program portfolios and ensuring standard transformation and project management practices. Requires expertise in clinical operating models, access/capacity, service line or site-of-care strategy, and strong data analysis to identify trends and opportunities; prepares organization to develop skills and capabilities to support ongoing transformation. Requires Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of leadership, 5+ years of project management, and PMP certification.
